We hope you find it useful. Comments are always welcome. The average sales price in Baldwin County for April decreased 24.98 percent to $212,963, and the median sales price declined 22.42 percent to $164,850. Average sale prices in the North showed a slight decrease of 3.82 percent to $205,620, declined 8.7 percent to $164,853 in the Central area, and increased 8.12 percent to $287,488 in the South region. Concurrently, sales rose to 194 in the Central area, increased to 28 in the North, and decreased to 128 in the South. For the whole county, sales increased by 28 to 350. Average days on the market for the whole county increased to 177 from 166 in March. The Central region increased to 175, the South increased to 179, and the North decreased from 189 in March to 181. The number of homes sold in the U.S. increased by 9.1 percent in February. Also, the median sales price declined by 0.2 percent to $164,600. The number of months required to sell the existing inventory increased to 8.5. The National Association of Realtors recommends a 6 to 8 month range for a healthy market.
