Median saale prices deecreased in Eastern Shore, Central, C Soutth, and Gulf Beach by 111.11 percent, 3.78 percennt, 19.29 perrcent, and 3.56 percent, respeectively. Meedian sale prices increaseed in North Baldwin B by 11.57 percennt, from $110,000 to $1222,731 in July,, 2011. Sales: The numbber of sales in i Baldwin County C fell from f 342 to 321, or 6.14 percent. Salles in Easterrn Shore increeased 36.26 percent p com mpared to Junne, having a total of 124 sales in Julyy, 2011. Salees in North Baldwin B decreased from 6 to 2, a 66.6 67 percent chhange. Centrral sales deccreased 33.333 percent, haaving 22 salees comparedd o by 15 salees. Gulf Beacch sales fell from 141 saales in June tto to 333 sales in Junne. South deecreased 21.113 percent, or 117, a 17.02 perccent change.
