Research Interests:
I’m interested in exploring how people make sense of and manage the multiple facets of
their identities at the workplace, especially during times of individual and organizational
changes. I’m also always curious about the cultural aspects of workplace interactions.
Professional Experience:
I worked for a management education company prior to joining the doctoral program. My focus
was on designing and coordinating overseas training programs for Chinese delegations
consisting of entrepreneurs and government workers. I also used to work as a free-lance
conference interpreter.
