1. China-UK Science Bridges Technology Transfer Center

Profile:
China-UK Science Bridges Program is one of the inter-governmental programs of
S&T cooperation between China and Europe, which is strongly supported by the
Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST) and funded by the Research
Councils UK (RCUK). This Program aims to promote research cooperation between
the leading universities and high-tech enterprises in China and UK. The Science and
Technology Bureau of Changzhou had great foresight to execute the Program in the
city since 2009, and successfully held two open innovation workshops in 2010 and
2011. Meanwhile, the science special fund has been established to select and support
projects for the Program.
China-UK Science Bridges Technology Transfer Center is a professional technical
service center established against the background of the Program. In addition to
promoting the Program implementation, it will also provide comprehensive services
including technology transfer, technical and management consulting, etc. for the
enterprises and research organizations in China and UK.
2. Sheng-BDO (Wuxi) Technology Transfer Company

Profile:
It is a company of international technology cooperation and one of the centers for
China-Israel technology transfer, established against the background of the close
partnership between Jiangsu and Israel. The company is a member of the well-known
BDO Ziv Haft Consulting & Management Group in Israel, which is a part of BDO’s
(the world's fifth largest accounting firm) global network. With a professional
management team experienced in both the Chinese and Israeli markets, the company
is able to provide its clients in both countries with a professional and efficient package
of services (“one stop shop”) to meet their requirements. As an international
technology transfer center, the company is dedicated to bringing Israel's innovative
technologies to Wuxi, helping local enterprises find their Israeli partners, and
assisting Israeli companies to start businesses in Wuxi.
3. China (Jiangsu)-Ukraine Marine Equipment and Ocean Engineering
International Technology Transfer Center

Foreign Partner: Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Ukraine
Profile:
Jointly established by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology (JUST) and
Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (NUS) in Ukraine, the Center
serves as a platform for international technology transfer in shipbuilding and ocean
engineering. It is devoted to the introduction, digestion and absorption of advanced
technological achievements from Ukraine for the development of the shipbuilding and
ocean engineering industries in Jiangsu. It will bring in R&D teams from NUS and
other Ukrainian research organizations to promote their collaborative innovation with
JUST and the local enterprises in Jiangsu. It will also provide consulting services for
Jiangsu enterprises to assist them in finding solutions to their technical problems.
Through accumulating innovation resources, the Center aims to boost the local
self-dependent innovation competence in science and technology and make
contributions to enhancing the level of technologies in naval architecture and ocean
engineering in Jiangsu.
4. ISIS (Changzhou) International Technology Transfer Center

Profile:
Isis（Changzhou）International Technology Transfer Center is the first international
technology transfer center invested by Isis Innovation in Mainland China. By making
full use of the strong R&D capabilities of University of Oxford, the global
information network resources, professional management and operational experience
of Isis Innovation, and with the knowledge regarding the current development needs
for technological invention, innovation and upgrading of local enterprises and
industries, the Center will provide technology transfer and innovation management
consulting services for the enterprises, S&T parks, incubators, research organizations
and governments in Changzhou and the other cities of Jiangsu Province. It aims to
become a bridge for communications and cooperation between University of Oxford
and Jiangsu enterprises in the field of technology transfer.
5. China (Changzhou)-Israel International Enterprise Incubator
Chinese Partner: Changzhou Sanjing World Technology Industry Development Co.,
Ltd.
Foreign Partner: Shirat Enterprises Ltd., Israel
Profile:
Jointly established by Shirat Enterprises Ltd. of Israel, Changzhou Sanjing World
Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd., and the government of Changzhou
Xinbei District, the incubator is dedicated to creating an international incubation
platform to facilitate the commercialization of innovative technologies from Israel and
other countries in the city of Changzhou. A joint management company has been set
up by Shirat and Sanjing to provide various value-added services for the high-tech
companies who have found their homes in the incubator, whereas the local
government provides financial support. The management company will assist the
incubated companies in making an Accelerated Development Plan (ADP) for the
initial two years, including strategic development, main tasks, budget plan and
milestones, etc. Presently, the incubator has successfully introduced four Israeli
companies: Changzhou Qualion NMR Systems Co., Ltd., Changzhou Syrolight
Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Kencap Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. and Biosep
Medical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.
