HS SENIOR PRACTITIONER - CPS The Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist 2849BR The Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist (CQIS) will improve quality of services and outcomes achieved for families and strengthen staff capacity and compliance with Federal expectations measured by the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR). This position is responsive to guidance from the federal government that emphasizes an intentional continuous quality improvement (CQI) process. The CQIS will develop and facilitate an internal case review process for active cases to include the CFSR tool; effectively manage and analyze outcomes and case review data to identify needs for staff development and training; provide feedback to improve compliance and effectiveness. Assist in the development and documentation of Child Welfare protocols related to compliance, in partnership with the Child Welfare Program Consultant, compile and analyze data from all case reviews and provide feedback to staff. Assist in training and coaching as needed and complete Customer Service Surveys. This position may be required to provide direct services to Child Welfare clients if the volume of work requires the use of auxiliary staff. This position reports to CQI Child Welfare Program Consultant. Preferred Experience, Skills and Training (beyond the minimum requirements defined by the class) NC Pre-Service Child Welfare Training. Prefer at least 3 or more years of NC Child Welfare experience.
