Since all matters contained in the Apostolic Constitutions and our
Statutes have been promulgated in the name and under the auspices
of our most holy lord [Pope], the Supreme Pontiff gloriously reigning,
we testify by the authority of the Apostolic See vested in us that the
person designated by us, [Name], having been duly examined, has
been promoted to the Licentiate in Sacred Theology and by us has
been granted each and every right and privilege pertaining to that
grade. In testimony of this event we have provided this document
furnished with our public seal and signatures in our Academic hall
on the eighteenth of the month of [Month] in the year of (our) Lord
[Year].
