Project Description:
This project is the renovation and expansion of the GHC Vocational Educational
Building. Phase I is for the welding and automotive vocational programs to be relocated
into a 21,750 square foot building, combining both programs under one roof. Phase II
will utilize the freed up space for the vocational carpentry program, yacht building
program, maintenance department, grounds department, and shipping & receiving in the
existing 23,300 square foot 700 Building. This building will be renovated for optimal
usage.

Project Status and discussion of Critical Path for Construction:
At this point Phase I is nearly done. The project is 99% finished. The most recent
contractor pay application showed 99% of the work completed. All that is remaining are
a few remaining change orders that need to be costed out and approved, and final closeout
needs to be billed.

Not at this point. We are working through the process of final closeout.
Discussion of Project Quality
Outstanding! This project has gone quite well, and the contractor has done an excellent job
of performing the project with high quality workmanship. We are very happy with the
results. We recently took our Board of Trustees on a tour of the facility and they were quite
favorably impressed.
