Amounts of fines that may be imposed under Part 7 of the Monash University (Council)
Regulations
The Vice-Chancellor of Monash University, pursuant to regulation 41 (8) of the Monash University
(Council) Regulations, for the purpose of Part 7 of those Regulations, hereby gives notice to fix the
amount of the fine that may be imposed by a responsible officer as set out in the second column for
the act of misconduct set in out in the first column.

This notice is effective from 8 August 2014 until the notice is revoked by the Vice-Chancellor or the
Vice-Chancellor’s successor.
