TARGET AUDIENCE: OBJECTIVE: INVITATIONS: Senior decision makers in the area of debt policy and public finance. The Conference will explore topical issues in debt management and public finance. Themes include odious debt, the conditionality and continued relevance of concessional borrowing for development, orderly debt settlements, ethics and debt, post restructuring of sovereign debt, the case for further relief, ʺvultureʺ funds, contingent liabilities, emerging capital markets, the formulation of strategies for entering domestic and international capital markets, the use of capital market financing, and international support for debt strategy formulation and implementation.
