What records must
we maintain to
document the
selection of a
conference site?
Units shall follow form R6-FS-1300-14, MEETING
LOCATION COST ANALYSIS, to ensure all cost
items are considered when completing the location cost
analysis. Cost items not listed on this form shall be
inserted near the bottom so that all anticipated costs are
identified and considered in the decision.
This form may be used to meet the required
documentation, or a similar form may be used if so
desired by the sponsoring unit. The key is that
documentation must exist.
