72.31 - Condemnation Report
Five copies of the condemnation report are to be submitted to the Regional Forester. The
distribution of these copies will be:
1. Regional Forester - one copy
2. OGC - one copy
3. Chief - original and two copies
If a preliminary review is requested, only two copies are needed.
72.33 - Schedules A and B.
In addition to the Schedule A and B copies included in the condemnation reports, 55 copies of
each must be submitted to the Regional Forester for distribution to the Chief and U.S. Attorney.
