CHAPTER 10 - ACQUISITION PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS
When just compensation, as determined by an appraisal or an Opinion of Value, is
estimated to be $0.00, a minimum amount of $250 will be offered to landowners as
payment for right-of-way easements within the Malheur, Umatilla, and WallowaWhitman National Forests. This minimum amount will also apply when just
compensation is estimated to be greater than $0.00 but less than $250.
