So What’s a Deadline?
 Windstorm causes PDUs to trip ~2:30pm Friday 2/25

Webservers and ETCs down ~1 ½ hours

APT Submission Server kept on trucking (It was on the
SOGS UPS). APT users couldn’t connect to Address
database (only impact).

Delayed Deadline until 10pm via community email around
4:20pm
 Windstorm causes PDUs to trip again ~6:50pm

Webservers and ETCs down ~3 hours

Again the APT Submission Server keeps on trucking!

Delayed Deadline until No Earlier than 3pm Saturday via
community email around 10:30pm
Deadline con’t
 PDUs trip ~2:00am Saturday (Print Server stopped at
1:10am)
 Webservers and ETCs down ~12 hours
 Decision made to wait until morning to bring everything
back up.
 Left MAST and DADs offline until Monday morning.
 Replaced PDU breakers that kept tripping prior to
bringing things back up.
 APT Submission Server kept on trucking!
 Delayed Deadline until 6pm Saturday via community
email around 3:30pm
