1. The submittal is limited to 25 pages, does that include all resume and project sheets for the
prime and sub consultants? Some teams may engage various experts and providing quals could
be become challenging. If 25 is a hard number we will anticipate a strategy to convey relevant
info within the number of sheets.
 The 25 page limit is a hard limit excluding only Appendices D and E forms.
2. Are all Project Specific Qualifications equally weighted or do you have defined weights you can
share? It is noted that the weighs will be assigned prior to evaluation and to be consistent and
would be of value to teams determining their project team, capabilities, approach and location
to UCCS.
 Weights will be set this Friday, 4/26 by the evaluation team. We will post to the website when set.
