Additional computer-related services, e.g. servicing of computer equipment, are to be included. Internet connectivity for mobile computer centres must be linked to satellite, negating the problems experienced in areas outside of the reach of cellular towers. In addition these units are to provide broadband internet to subscribers with a 200 to 300 metre radius, subject to certain provisions.
