CITY OF CAPE TOWN DRAFT RESORT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT POLICY The City of Cape Town invites all residents of Cape Town to participate in the drafting of its Resort Management and Development Policy. In terms of section 17 of the Local Government Municipal Structures Act, No. 32 of 2000, the public and interested parties or groups are given the opportunity to submit comments, recommendations or input on this policy from 1 September 2014 to 30 September 2014. Please note that as a result of contention around the submission of petitions, petitions will not be accepted in response to this invitation to comment. Only individual representations on this prescribed comment form will be considered.
