OFFICE BUILDING COMPLEX FOR
WATER AND SANITATION
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance
Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, that the City of Cape Town intends entering into a contract
relating to the provision of multidisciplinary professional services for a new office building
complex for Water and Sanitation. The contract will impose financial obligations on the
Municipality for a period longer than the three years covered in the annual budget for the
financial year 2013/2014.
Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government
Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that the local community and other interested persons
are invited to submit comments or representations to the Municipality in respect of the
proposed draft contract. Such comments or representations must be received via electronic
mail, be delivered at the physical address hereunder or mailed to the mailing address provided
hereunder within 60 days. Submissions must be marked: “New office building complex for
