Notice is hereby given that the Council is considering an application for the closure in terms of Section 4 of the City’s Immovable
Property By-Law (promulgated on 11 December 2015) of portion of Public Street, being portion of Erf 13924 Fish Hoek, situated at
Pacific Way, Fish Hoek, in extent approximately 34 square meters. Notice is further given that the Council is, in terms of the Policy on
the Management of certain of the City of Cape Town’s Immovable Property, approved by Council on 26 August 2010, considering the
disposal of the portion of Public Street, being portion of Erf 13924 Fish Hoek situated at Parish Way Fish Hoek to the registered owner
of Erf 13948 Fish Hoek, Mr RS Downey, or his successors-in-title at a selling price of R 27 500.00, excluding VAT and costs.
