z tz n v Learn outs de g the box Grade 10 n BEcome an environmental leader CELP invites energetic and committed students who are interested in exploring the natural world while developing the skills to be environmental leaders. We offer learning outside the classroom within a community of new friends. CELP welcomes students with a variety of backgrounds, experiences and interests. Go to celp.info for program details. The application process is meant to challenge you to reflect on what draws you to the program. We encourage you to apply. How to Apply Pick up an application from your guidance department or download one from celp.info. Talk to your guidance department about how to fill out your option sheet to get CELP on your timetable for next year. Hand in the application package to your guidance office with the following items: 1 Student information – attached. Gives basic personal information about you. 2 Personal Introduction letter – instructions attached –this gives you a chance to introduce yourself to us. 3 Two teacher references – attached – they will return these directly to guidance or email to celpideas@gmail.com. ALL application materials must be completed and handed in to your school’s guidance office by the end of course selection! Applications will be reviewed in February and students will be notified of their status with the program at the end of April. A parent and student information night will be held in June for successful applicants. Applicants who are not successful will be contacted by guidance to resubmit their course options.
