The President called the meeting to order at 10:04 pm.
Recap of Goals: Increase enthusiasm among members, rally more support and involvement in
activities, get the Mortar Board name out on campus, fundraising success. Finish strong!
Dinner at the Bultman’s sign up sheet sent around, be sure to check your name off the list!
Wear your Mortar Board attire so that we can get a good photo.
Presidential Swap: Megan Sutika and Jake Bowman were the winners, great dinner and Dew
Crew! Plans to go to class with them tomorrow and after break. Lacrosse will be a varsity sport
in 2013.
Selection: The binders are now ready with 99 applications. Groups need to go to the library
together to read their two assigned binders before Selection Night on Tuesday, February
fifteenth at 7:00pm. Available at the Reserve desk, the instructions are in the binders.
Attendance is mandatory. Pizza and drinks will be provided! No meeting the following Thursday
the 17th.

Dance Marathon: Register for the team! Sign up by the twenty fifth the fee goes up to fifty
dollars. You are allowed to sign up for multiple teams. Five dancers and six moralers.
Remember that D.M. is a one of the required events!
Reading at Schools: still discussing the event and possible dates. Will keep you posted!
Compassion Child letter in!
Last Lecture went wonderfully, thank you for coming! Bobble heads are still available. Fairly
significant donations given, and marshmallow throwers sold, totalling over $1000. Thank you to
those who helped! **The date for the next lecture is changing.
