Sheet Fundraiser – Thank you to Beth Ainsworth for organizing the fundraiser. Final amount
will be given later but it was successful.
Teacher Appreciation Lunch – Kendra Stockman is heading this up. The sign up genius will go
out for items for the November 20th lunch.
Staff Appreciation Christmas gift – Kendra Stockman is organizing the gift. UPDATE: PTO will be
paying for the entire gift. No parent donations will be needed as previously discussed.
Holiday in the Halls is scheduled for December 8th from 5 – 6pm with singing by the Pre K I and
Pre K II kids at 6pm. Volunteers are needed – see below
a. Need 5 volunteers for activities
b. Need volunteers for set up from 3 – 5pm
c. Need volunteers for clean up from 6 – 6:30pm
Thanks to Melissa Richards and her husband for volunteering for the cancelled Homecoming
parade float!
Thanks to Lori and the staff for a great book fair! Teachers were able to purchase books for the
classrooms!
Emily Tacquard reported that there was $4886.14 in PTO funds.
