On May 16th at 11:00 a.m., join Bob Beltz, Friends of the Forest volunteer, as he discusses Desert Pollinators - A Key to Desert Life and learn about some of the usual and unusual methods that desert plants use for pollination. Then on Memorial Day weekend, May 24th and May 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Russell Dunn and Karen McClelland, Arizona Game and Fish volunteers, will feature a live snake display allowing the public to handle non-venomous snakes. These events are free to the public and are a combined effort from the USDA Forest Service, Arizona Natural History Association, and Friends of the Forest.
