Executive Mayor Patricia de Lille wishes all residents and
visitors a blessed festive season and a happy new year
As another year comes to an end, I would like to wish all residents and visitors
a blessed festive season.
This year has had many challenges and many successes and I thank the
people of Cape Town who have worked with us to make progress possible.
I wish you a relaxing, enjoyable and safe holiday as you spend time with your
loved ones over the holiday period.
May you use this time to refresh and to prepare for a new year with new
possibilities.
I look forward to working with residents again in 2016 to make this great city
even greater.
Please be safe and responsible at all times, look out for one another and
especially our children.
