Position Summary:
The theater manager is responsible for the financial management of the theatre which involves
handling the budget for a production and taking responsibility for its financial outcome as well as
recruiting and managing all staff from the box office to back stage.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities typically include but are not limited to:
 Prepare and implement schedules for the bar, ushers, photo and box office.
 The training for all employees.
 Ordering for the bar, marketing materials and photo holders.
 Working in conjunction with the production manager, stagehands, facilities and technical
crew.
 Coordinate all shows and personnel in order for the shows to run efficiently and on time.
 Work with mall management and security .
 Communication with the corporate office for policy and procedures updates as required.
 Participate in community functions to promote the Theater.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Leadership skills required and able to lead by example
 Team building and overall management skills required
 Knowledge of Human Resources Management.
 Ability to budget and manage expenses and income for the theater
 Ability to handle payroll, accounting and bookkeeping functions
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous management experience at a theatre (even work in the theatre bar or box office may be
useful); work shadowing; membership of a theatre group; experience of performing in or
managing stage productions, either on the artistic or technical side.

Position Summary:
The stagehand is responsible for proper set up and break down of the stage for all shows
including musical instruments, props and general clean up. Stagehand also assists acts during
show times in various capacities.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
 Sweep and mop floor and make sure all fire exits are clear stage left and right wings
 Vacuum backstage area, pick up trash, and clean

Page Steve when Flashlight stage left

Curtain opens, page for Ed Sullivan off stage left

Page curtain for Ed after introduction

Curtain closes disconnect black guitar and wrap up cord

Set up all musical instruments including drums, guitars, pianos, etc.

Page Ed off stage left again

Take down black guitar and place in cabinet actually take down any guitars and place
into cabinet

Page performers as necessary

Responsible for pulling curtain

Remind acts meet and greet

Assist with crowd control for specialty acts

Check everything one more time and the stage lights are properly working

 Ability to learn show cues



Up to date knowledge on current equipment used
Able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time

 2 years minimum stagehand experience

Position Summary:
Introduce V Theater and our shows to potential customers in the Miracle Mile Shops by
specifically approaching those who appear not to be stopping at the box office. You will be
handing out special offers and discounts to entice customers to purchase tickets. It is necessary
to possess a happy and enthusiastic attitude.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
 Drive up attendance by creating a sense of urgency to attend our next scheduled
performance. Time sensitivity is your greatest asset in creating a sense of urgency. It is
important to try to gauge what is appropriate for each customer while involved in this
process.



Approach people who stop to read/look at the marquis, people reading restaurant menus,
people who watch the fountain show, people walking by shopping.
Approach all traffic walking by the theater.
Have knowledge of all shows and schedules to educate your potential customers.

Position Summary:
Photo Sales is responsible for taking and selling photos of guests and of the meet and greet
sessions with talent.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
 Selling all merchandise after classes and shows and track merchandise sold on inventory
sheets.
 Responsible for setting up and maintaining lobby for meet and greets with customers.
 Responsible for the printing, displaying and selling of photos from each show.
 Maintain tracking of photos taken per show, duplicate photos, photos sold, not viewed,
and rejected.
 Responsible for having necessary inventory of photo folders and supplies in stock needed
for each show. Must inform management for reorders in advance.
 Responsible for set up, breakdown and maintenance of all photography equipment.
 Run revenue reports and log totals on photo sheets.

Up to date knowledge and use of photography equipment utilized

Position Summary:
The cocktail server is responsible for working within all theater areas to sell drinks by going to
individuals and obtaining requested beverages. The cocktail server also has the responsibility of
promoting souvenir glasses and upgrading drink orders.
Essential Functions:
 Keep a neat, clean and confident appearance.
 Refer to schedule and coordinate with others servers for designated stations and show
assignments.
 Work the line at front of theater prior to show times with bar cart.
 Keep tables clean in your assigned station before and after all shows.
 Once theater opens for seating, be in your station ready to serve.
 You must stay and consistently work your station during the shows.
 Make sure the floor is being monitored at all times.
 Promote our lighted cups and up-sell on drink orders.
 Assist bartender with keeping the bar neat and clean as needed.
 Cash out monies with bartender before last show ends.

 Maintain the booth’s appearance. Also provides customers with directions and
information; works with an individual and group environment; answers telephone calls.

Bartender
Reports to Theater Manager
Position Summary:
The bartender is responsible for serving all theater patrons successfully by running a fully
functional while keeping it completely stocked with the necessary items. The bartender is also
responsible for constant upkeep to ensure cleanliness as the appearance of the bar is crucial. The
bartender must know the necessary promotions, coupons and procedures to process drink orders.
This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and have knowledge of all
beverages and recipes.
Essential Functions:
 Contact manager on duty to get bank and bar keys.
 Set up and tear down of bar.
 Partner with manager and go to liquor lock up to get stock needed for bar.
 Fill ice bins and make sure coffee is started.
 Log on to POS system and establish bank for cocktail servers.
 Stage the bar and make sure lighting is set.
 Keep necessary slips separated.
 Fill all cocktail server orders.
 Maintain clean and orderly appearance of bar during entire shift.
 Cash out cocktail servers at the end of their shift.



Make sure bar is stocked and ready for the next day.
Lock all cabinets and secure all coolers.
Process closing reports and have manager on duty verify closing paperwork, complete
bar folder put in blue box to be sent to corporate.

 Ability to stand for long periods of time.
 Knowledge of all beverages and recipes.
 Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
 Must have current Tam Card, Health Card, Sheriff’s Card and Bartender’s License for
Nevada.
