Seminar registration and fees for this seminar and exam are indicated below. If you have
NEVER taken the exam, you will need to fill out the included NEBB Technician application and
submit with this registration. The seminar and exam are on a first come first serve basis. We can
only accommodate 30 attendees. Registration forms and fees are due by January 9, 2013.

SEMINAR STUDY MATERIAL
Andy Nolfo, instructor for the seminar, recommends that each attendee have the following items,
NEBB Technician Home Study Manual and NEBB Technician Manual. If you do not have the
current edition of these manuals, please contact Elana Noel at 301-977-3698. It is important that
you have these manuals with you while in attendance at the seminar.
In addition to the study material listed above, the instructor request that each attendee bring the
following: a straight edge, hand calculator (with square, square root, cube and cube root
functions), necessary pens/pencils and note paper.
He also recommends that the attendee begin to prepare in advance for the seminar/exam. If you
already have the NEBB Technician Home Study Manual and NEBB Technician Manual begin
studying now, if you do not already have the manuals, purchase them as soon as possible and
start reviewing them.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The seminar and exam will take place at the Homewood Suites Hotel located at 1775 North
Brown Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. To make room reservations contact the hotel directly at
770-277-1243. The group rate is $ 89 per night for a King Suite w/Sleeper Sofa. Be sure and
mention MEBB when making your reservations to ensure the group rate. Reservations must be
made by January 4, 2013 to receive the discounted rate.

Hands-on Training and demonstrations sessions will be provided throughout the course as
appropriate with each lesson section.
INSTRUCTOR: Andrew P. Nolfo, PE is the past NEBB Technical Director. He is a
Registered Professional Engineer who has served on the NEBB Board of Directors and the
NEBB Commissioning Committee. He is also a NEBB-Certified Professional in TAB and
Commissioning. He has served on various ASHRAE Committees at Society level and is past
chairman of TC 7.7 Testing and Balancing, and TC 7.9 Commissioning. He has also authored
numerous articles in various trade publications and made presentations to ASHRAE, NEBB and
other organizations on mechanical systems design, installation, startup testing and
commissioning.
REMINDER
NEBB Procedural Rules require that all NEBB Member Firms have a minimum of one (1)
Certified Professional and/or Certified Technician on every job!
