I do think my role of demonstrator has enhanced my personal development. … It's definitely something I would mention on my

CV.

One of the things I enjoy most about the activity days is when you can see the students are learning even when they don't think they are. The interactiveness of each stand makes it fun for the demonstrator too.

And of course, I love the free lunch too!
