Chief Information Officer – Responsible for the strategy and execution of business process and IT reviews and
due diligence activities, develops and implements business process improvement and integration/divestiture
strategies for companies in the portfolio. The lead advisor to the portfolio companies’ Boards of Directors for IT
strategy, performance in spending, systems, organization, investment, and meeting transaction objectives.
 Interim CIO for five companies ($20M-$1.6BN) and responsible to ensure business processes and IT
architectures are fully established and aligned to meet business and investment objectives. Defined and
oversaw IT integration of 20 companies with existing applications and infrastructure including aligning the
business processes and systems, IT organizations and budgets with timelines usually within 100-180 days.

 Reviewed and re-engineered the IS operations within 60 days leading to $6M reduction in structural costs,
