Your survey responses told us that one of the highlights of our meetings this year was our April 20 meeting in Grand Rapids featuring Guest Speaker Mary Beth Lamb
- Global Performance Improvement Consultant.
Beth presented Mind the Gap: How to Thrive, not Just Survive, in the Global
Marketplace In today's chaotic global marketplace, bridging cultural and language gaps can mean the difference between success and failure. Savvy businesspeople know that by developing cultural competency they can win more business and exceed customer expectations. If you missed the meeting, this was a lively, interactive presentation and we learned a lot about how to:
Build profitable, long-term relationships faster & more effectively worldwide
Communicate and negotiate successfully across cultural and language barriers
Leverage current global best practices to exceed customer expectations
Build and lead virtual team tips to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
As a result we can grow your business and brand in the constantly changing world marketplace.
The MBTA Webinars has been a great success this year with over 20+ attendees.
This quarter we had a wonderful education webinar from GetThere regarding
Virtual Meetings.
We hope that a fun time was had by all at our annual Golf Outing on June 17 th .
Thank you to the Dating Doctor, David Coleman for keeping this meeting light and upbeat!
Be sure to respond to our post meeting surveys, we value your opinions!
