 12 Monitors conducted 64 trips throughout all of fixed route
system (52 Bus; 5 Subway; 3 Commuter Rail; 4 Stations)
 Continued preparing 2010 quarterly internal monitoring reports –
Findings & recommendations
 Reviewed 18 completed monitoring forms
 Scanned 36 completed monitoring forms
 Verified the content of 132 scanned monitoring forms
 Created a Scantron template for the Blue Line stop
announcement survey
 Forwarded 2 violations to Operations for investigation

 Issued 1178 reduced-fare CharlieCards:
