Situación:
You are traveling to Spain to study there for a year and you are living with a
host family while you study abroad. Your new family wants to know all about
your family and your house back in the United States! Read the following
requirements for your project:
Parte A:
El álbum de mi familia
Objective: Create a scrapbook of your family using vocabulary for family,
adjectives and necessary grammar.
Criteria: You must create a page at least five family members. Each page must
include the following:
 The name of the family member
 A photo of the family member. Pictures of the family members can be
hand drawn, photos, clippings from magazines or newspapers, or
images found on the computer.
 A mention of each family member’s relationship to you.
 A mention of each family member’s age
 At least 2 physical characteristics of each family member
 At least 2 personality traits for each family member.

Parte B: La casa
 Describe your family’s house and your bedroom in your house using the
paragraph guides below. Your paragraphs must be typed on the
computer.
 Then, draw your bedroom according to your description. Your drawings
must include the following:

five pieces of furniture that are labeled in Spanish
2.
furniture that you described in paragraph two in the same
locations in your drawing
 Display the drawing of your room and the paragraphs on the back of
your family tree.
