• Your lab notebook is going to be a major part of your grade.
– You’ll be doing all your labs in one notebook this year.
– I’ll be writing comments back to you in the lab notebook.
– In some instances, colleges/universities actually review your lab notebook when considering how much credit to award you.
• This means you better keep a neat one and if you don’t have one today, you better write these next directions down somewhere.
• On the first page in the notebook, write out a neat title.
• Lower down, write out your table of contents.
• “Number” the page as ‘A.’
