Adults to provide calm reassurance & acknowledge Anna’s frustration and offer support/cuddles especially at times of difficulty. Ask for Key words in home language from parents. KP to use these regularly and develop Visual timetable to support routine Quite unsettled this week, Mum and dad have to spend some extra time at nursery, KP developed special book to take home with photos of nursery life & Staff. R enjoyed water play so extend next week PD Next steps for learning & development and support needed from adults Notes and evaluations With adult support persevered with putting doll’s clothes and jacket on. Manual dexterity has developed to enable this. Mum commented she has been less frustrated and talks to her baby doll about feeling happy & sad. Further support to model useful language to help express needs and ask for help. Loved the den making, commented he did this at home, other children really liked to join in and T seemed more social by end of week.
