Personality Tests in the Workplace
• Kroger was sued when they didn’t hire someone who
scored a 40% on a personality test
– She was hearing impaired and the test said she would have a
hard time listening carefully, understanding, & remembering.

– 164 complaints were filed with the EEOC (Equal Employment
Opportunity commission)
