Job Description:
- Daily review production schedule and react to production problems in real time to ensure timely delivery
of the products, and production output meet target.
- Daily review production schedule with planer to minimize WIP and implement JIT.
- Do cost reduction by efficient material usage, setup change, training and human error, power and facility
saving.
- Arrange manpower, equipment or another source to minimize production lead-time and parts delivered as
promised time and on time.
- Ensure production supplies are ordered on time for manufacturing needs.
- Work close with shift leader, section leader and operators to support their need and promptly feedback if
they have question.
- Check and ensure that the operators follow procedures during operation for each workstation.
- To control process as ISO requirements and make action taken for ISO internal audit.
- To use SPC tools to analysis defects and other issues to find out the way continuous improvement and
solving problem.
- To make sure equipments used in line are calibrated and calibrated date is not expired.
- Human performance control/ recognition.
- Daily check labor efficiency, overtime to make sure right arrangement and compliant laws on working
OT.
- Daily production report status to Sr Engineer. Finish monthly report on time and present the result to
team.
- Review daily production log and other report for each workplace. Check machine log book daily to ensure
machine noted and checked for changes.
Job Requirement:
- University graduated with a major in Industrial Management or Industrial Engineer System
- Professional level in English skill
- Willing to Work with 3 shifts
- 0-1 year applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of machine
operation and diagnostic of production problems.
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in
production setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access,
SPC software.
- Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities and complex/abstract issues involving external and
internal priorities under time constraints
- Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
- Proven ability to lead and motivate people as well as training of operators
- Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to
negotiate and mediate
- Open communication and problem solving skills.
