o 1964 Graduated in Commerce from Karachi University
o 1965 Joined A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants, Lahore for five year audit
service
o 1969 Completed Audit Service
o 1969 Qualified as Chartered Accountants and became Associate Member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Passed C.A exam in the firs attempt and was one
of a few students who passed their exam before the completion of period.
o 1969 joined Riaz Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants as Qualified Assistant – Manager
Audit Section
o Joined as Senior Accountant an American Engineering company Trans Eng. Co. (Pak)
Ltd. Who were erecting and installing machinery of Dawood Hercules Chemicals ltd.
o 1971 Started practices as Chartered Accountant under the name and style ASLAM
MALIK & CO. Chartered Accountants.
o 1976 Became Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan

We have developed various website both static and dynamic for our various clients.

Has prepared a large volume of case law based on the decisions of the Supreme Courts
and High Courts of India and Pakistan on all important sections of tax laws and has been
representing successfully at the appeal stage specially in the Income tax Appellate
Tribunal.
o Has prepared Accounting Manuals and systems for various companies and other
organizations.
o Has helped Kimsys Inc, a sister concern of amc for designing, development and
implementation of accounting software of various industrial and commercial concerns
including Govt. Organizations and autonomous bodies etc. He knows about the creation
of chart of accounts to data entry and formation and editing of various financial
statements, books of accounts and MIS Reports.
o Has expert knowledge and experience of company formation, company winding up and
company merger etc.
o Attended Lead Auditors and workshops for the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance
SystemsUK arranged by BVQI . He has prepared Quality manuals and Systems for
various clients and is doing work for getting them certified under ISO 9000.
o Attended several workshops and seminars arranged by Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Paksitan on International Accounting Standards (IAS),
International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Corporate and Income Tax and Sales
Tax awareness matters.
