Introduction
In order to occasion the client’s complaining about picture is jittering
especially when PC is used to perform simultaneously tasks. Client would
like to use computer for video editing and recording live TV at the same
time.
Analysis
Follow the in formation for the client’s use the PC some hardware is not
suitable for usb tv tunner
 1.73 GHz Intel Celeron quit slow and lower requirement from tv
tunner
 Total hard disk space required if the System Restore feature is not
enabled = 681 MB and working space of window xp service pack 2 =
260 MB so spec the client’s use make the window run very slow and
TV Tuner have different resource and require hardware is not same

Solution
To solve the problem for the client’s I recommend to upgrade systems
HDD is not sufficient space I sapport to change I recommend change to
mother board support SATA because SATA will transfer information
quicker than IDE
