Megastudy uses Total Contact Center(TCC),Mass Mass Customization Customization, and Teacher Created Contents(TCC) for CRM. TCC is extended version of CC(Contact Center). CC is customer service center consist of CTI and ERMS. If CC is optimized by other CRM functions such as database management system(DBMS), CC becomes TCC. CTI is a system that computer is integrated with telephone. CTI can offer customers information, collect information automatically. Also CTI records every counsel in order to provide better services. ex) When a person calls to Megastudy service center, CTI finds the best counselor for him and transfers the call.
