Proper supporting documentation for all WQT’s have
already been completed.

CCS welders list and documents along with the welding
machines qualification need to be registered with
QA/QC. QA/QC to talk with CCS for their handover of
their documents. WQT for Piping discipline for KBM1 &
EP6 project, 12 pass over 17 candidates and which
make 30 pax qualified piping welder in overall MBU.
Status for 5 candidates who failed either need to retest/leave as it is will be follow up by Dimyati/Rizal

Mr. Kumar highlighted to have all the weld maps for the
several tanks.
3. QA/QC Initiative
(weekly)
Mr. Fathul raised that NDT equipment needs to be
covered up with plastic bags.
Cupboards should be provided to put all the NDT
equipment. Workshop surrounding will be the suitable
area for NDT equipment to prevent mixture with
document. Zul to provide the space for NDT equipment
and utilities for preservations.

frequently starting from this Monday at EP 6.
Frequency at least 1 number of surveillance every 2

Mr. Kumar asks the group of surveillance to check the
weld profile and need to be come out with full report.
5. QDD and QGP’s
6 Nos of QDD of Asset Management and Equipment
Operations were approved and will be uploaded in EPortal.

6. NDT Coordination
Some technicians do not give their cooperation by not
giving any follow-up activities without any information.
Generally, QA/QC teams are short of man power.
Mr. Kumar highlighted NDT ( MPI and DP ) works to be
carried out by individual technicians , unless there is a
need to do the particular NDT with more than one men.

9. Practical Students
Mr. Kumar asks the IPT’s to be involved in the weekly
meeting.
They should bring out any matters regarding
the findings and recommendations during the training
session.
Mr. Nadzif urged IPT to be more proactive to achieve
QA/QC
the experiences. Staff will not have time to entertain

Farah suggested more computers should be provided
for the IPT’s in order to be done work more efficiently.
