6. NDT Coordination
Some technicians do not give their cooperation by not
giving any follow-up activities without any information.
Generally, QA/QC teams are short of man power.
Mr. Kumar highlighted NDT ( MPI and DPI ) works to
be carried out by individual technicians , unless there is
a need to do the particular NDT with more than one
men.
Senior NDT team should have to assist and guide the
junior to be able to do job on their own.
Mr. Fathul highlighted the senior NDT team has already
teach and guide the junior NDT team.
The junior NDT team has already been able to do the
MPI and DPI.
Mr. Zul requested Mr. Fathul to give an assessment to
the junior NDT team to measure their understandingof
NDT application and task given

Final documentation has already been completed
except for the E&I.
