Mark your calendars Our fall field trip is on October 23rd to the McWane Science Center. The permission slips were sent home Wednesday, September 5th in your child’s blue grade folders. Money and permission slips are due by October 3rd! Please send these back in a timely manner. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns after you receive the forms! Fall Book Fair Our fall book fair is just around the corner and we are very excited for the huge selection of books that will be available. Our class will be previewing the fair on Monday, September 17th and creating a wish list to be sent home that night. On Tuesday, September 18th we will go to the fair from 2:00 – 2:30. Parents are more than welcome to join us! Please note that this is the only time we will be able to go purchase so please send money that day. Parents are welcome to take their child individually before or after school, but this will be the only day we go as a class. If you are interested in volunteering at the fair, please contact the front office! for Friday, September 21st from 3:00 – 6:00. Armbands are $20 which includes all games, rides, and food. Ticket sales run from September 14 – 21. Your student will not want to miss this event! More information will be sent home soon.
