There was this little guy sitting in a bar, drinking his beer,
minding his own business when all of a sudden this
great big dude comes in and — WHACK!! — knocks
him right off the bar stool and onto the floor. The big
dude says, "That was a kung fu chop from China." The
little guy thinks "GEEZ," but he gets back up on the stool
and continues what he was doing when all of a
sudden — WHACK!! — the big dude knocks him down
AGAIN and says, "That was a karate chop from Japan."
The little guy, not wanting any trouble, and thinking this
guy is nuts, gets up off the floor, grabs his beer and
moves a few seats further down the bar, and continues
to sip at his beer.

off and quietly leaves. He had been gone for about an
hour when he returned, and without saying a word,
walks up behind the big dude and — WHACK!!! —

This is mountain climbing in winter or in icy

Yes, it’s a recognized sport, but we can see
that it’s dangerous. Personally, I wouldn’t
want to try this. I notice the ropes which
show that the climber is not alone and I
suppose no one would do this sport unless
they were part of a group. Obviously, they
would need to be very fit and trained.

Titanic is simply one of the best films ever made.
Directed by James Cameron it tells the story of the
passengers on the first, and last, voyage of the Titanic.
It stars Kate Winslet as Rose, a first-class passenger,
and Leonardo DiCaprio as Jack, who’s travelling
third-class. They meet, fall in love, and then the boat
hits an iceberg. The special effects are incredible, it
really feels like the biggest ship ever built is sinking.
The film is over three hours long but it’s a gripping
story with interesting characters and the time passes
quickly. Like many of the first-class passengers Rose
survives the disaster – the film is her memory of the
voyage – but Jack dies in the icy water. I really
recommend this film – it’s fantastic – just make sure
you watch it on the big screen and not at home!
