After 5 school days the assignment will no longer be accepted. *Retake Policy- Students will have one week to do the following in order to receive a better grade on tests that they are not satisfied with. 1. Test corrections- Write the question, why you were wrong, and why correct answer is right. 2. Do an oral interview before retake deadline. 3. The two test grades will be averaged together for the new grade. Classroom Rules: Be Prepared- bring all supplies to class (laptop, notebook, writing utensils) Follow ALL Safety Rules Show Respect at ALL Times to Teacher and Classmates- this will allow the Teacher to teach and students to learn. Follow Directions Quickly Do Your Part to Keep the Room Clean Cell Phones use IS NOT Permitted in Class- unless an exception is made by the teacher for a teaching activity. Students will demonstrate the ability to use scientific skills and processes, appropriate terminology, and biological concepts to explain how life on earth is connected and dependent on each other. Students will be preparing for the EOC and future AP Biology exam. Pre AP students will also start to develop a foundation for basic college science courses. Each student is required to take and PASS the state’s EOC exam. My Objective: Besides helping you be successful on the EOC exam, my hope is that each of you will have a greater appreciation, awareness, and respect for all living things. I also hope that you will have fun learning about science!!
