registered on www.mysonicwall.com, and be claimed on the web form between July 1st, 2009 and September 30th,
2009.
A scanned copy of a receipt showing proof of purchase may be requested post claim and must be provided within 10
business days after request to validate qualification for promotion. One claim is allowed per serial number of product
purchased. Incomplete claims will not be honored.
SonicWALL is not responsible for network outages causing the inability to submit a claim to the web form below. All
products acquired under this offer may only be shipped to locations in the continental United States and Canada as
permitted.
