Marketing Analyst
Certified Management Accountants of Ontario is currently looking for a Marketing Analyst & Direct
Mail Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications, this role will develop and
implement marketing and sales programs to support the programs of Certified Management
Accountants of Ontario (CMA Ontario) through the analysis of stakeholder data. The successful
candidate will ensure program enrollments meet established targets, that awareness of the
programs and services of the programs is increased with all stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Online Marketing, including segmentation, targeting, content and response optimization
Developing and evaluating e-mail marketing and web metrics;
Marketing program management
Assisting with planning, tracking and execution of the appropriate mix of e-mail marketing,
advertising, direct marketing, telemarketing and direct sales for CMA Ontario programs
• Collaboration to execute and coordinate promotional materials and direct mail campaigns
• Developing and managing reports and queries for various levels of management
• Producing and/or interpreting regular and ad-hoc reports by extracting information for various
applications including targeted communications
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred
5 years of progressive marketing experience (sales/marketing/direct marketing experience preferred)
Advanced data mining skills
Possess a rigorous analytic background that includes an in-depth understanding of best analytical
practices in adult education and demonstrates the ability to constantly monitor results and refine
marketing approaches accordingly
Experience developing online marketing messages/campaigns (web, email), Direct Mail is an asset
Experience in professional development and/or adult education
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Access. iMIS experience is an asset
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management and priority setting skills in order to meet tight
deadlines
An entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
