Post Secondary Institute Courses Recognized As Pre-Requisite Studies

This chart is designed to help you plan your studies so that you can complete all the CMA Required Topics. By
successfully completing all the CMA pre-requisite courses while completing your degree, you can be exempted
from the CMA Entrance Examination the year you graduate.
McMaster MBA is both an Accredited Program and a Combined Program. Through this program, completion of all
the courses listed below with an overall 75% average for all CMA required courses and a minimum grade of 70%
in each CMA required course provides a waiver of the CMA Entrance Examination for a period of three years
from date of graduation.
The minimum grade required in each prerequisite course is a grade of 70% or a passing grade in the course,
whichever is higher. Please refer to the CMA Ontario website for additional details.
