Sealed item rate tenders for the following works are invited by the Joint Director,
Hort. Divn. No. IV.DDA up to 3.00 P.M. on 24.01.2004 on behalf of DDA from the
registered contractors of appropriate class of DDA, CPWD, MES, P & T and Railway
which shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. at Ground Floor, Vikas Minar, DDA
Office. The tender documents can be had on any working day from CAU (SWZ) Vasant
Kunj, DDA Office & Sale Counter, Ground Floor, Vikas Minar, DDA Office between the
hours 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on payment of Cost Mentioned against each work (nonrefundable) on production of Enlistment Registration Certificate, Valid registration with
works contract cell of sales tax Deptt. of G. N. C. T. D. and Tax clearance Certificate
issued by the works contract cell in form – X. Sale of tender documents will be stopped
on 20.01.2004. the submission of tender, opening of the same and entry of the
contractor(s)/ their authorised representative(s) to the place of opening shall be provided
as in clause 3(a), (b), (c) of PWD forming part of the tender documents.
Earnest money should accompany the tender form in a call depost receipt or
demand draft of a scheduled Bank guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India in favour of
Sr. A. O. (CAU) SWZ, DDA. The tender of the contractor who does not enclose earnest
money in prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected.
