Sealed quotations are invited from the experienced agencies up to 3:00 PM on dt. 23.06.2014 on behalf of
DDA. Quotation will be opened on the same day in the presence of agencies/representatives of the agencies at 3:30 PM in
the room of Secretary, Chilla Sports Complex, Dallupura, Delhi. The schedule can be obtained from DDA Website /
Cashier, Chilla Sports Complex on any working day. The Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft of any
Nationalized Bank approved by Reserve Bank of India drawn in favour of “Chilla Sports Complex, DDA” to be submitted
with the quotation. Any quotation which is not accompanied by the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be
rejected summarily and not accounted for at all.

General Terms & Conditions:1. The agency should have valid D-VAT clearance certificate/copy of the latest Challan deposited the D-VAT. (Copy
enclosed with the quotation)
2. Agency should have completed three similar nature works are entitled to quote the rates.
3. The work shall be carried out as per specifications.
4. The rate should be inclusive of all overhead charges.
5. The work should be completed within 15 days after issue of Work Order.
6. No Tools and Plants will be issued to the agency.
7. Nothing extra shall be paid.
8. No minor should be engaged at site.
9. The work shall be carried out as per specifications.
10. The payment shall be released after the work has been executed as per specification given in work order and
satisfaction of Engineer In-charge and Secretary/CSC about the quality in regards.
11. Conditional quotation will not be accepted.
12. Statutory deduction will made as per Act.
13. A security deposit at a flat rate of 10% shall be deducted from final bill and such deposit would be refunded after
completion of the specified period. All payments shall be made after effecting statutory deductions.
14. The tenderer / quotationer should be registered with the Department of Trade & Taxes, Govt. of NCTD and
suppose to furnish a copy of VAT registration at the time of making the request for issue of tender or to attach
the same along with the quotation as the case may be. In case the quotationer / tenderer registered with the
VAT department, he may give an undertaking stating therein the registration no., date of registration, period for
which return has been filed, date of filing and the demand outstanding, if any, and liable to pay the same. In
case, the quotationer / tenderer is not registered with the VAT Department, then he will require to submit an
undertaking in the specified Performa.

Providing, fabricating and fixing panels of aluminum composit panel cladding in required shape in
metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick ACP material consist of 3mm FR grade
mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets ( each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium

composit pannel cladding sheet shall be coil coated with kynar 500 based PVDF, lumiflon based fluoro
polymer resin coating of approved colour and shades on face # 1 and polymer (service) coating on
