Create the program booklet for the soccer banquet, print it, staple it and deliver it the night
of banquet.

 Banquet Agenda page:
 Welcome – Varsity Captain (list name)
 Dinner – (list the catering company)
 Awards Presentations: (list names)
 Captains’ Speeches: (list names)
 Special Appreciation to: (list names)

Trainer –
 Add Roster page for all three teams (get this from the Website Coordinator) add team photos.
 Add team season game stats/record page for each team (get this from the Website Coordinator).
 Add a coaches page (pictures & names).
 Add a Special Thank You page for the key volunteer coordinators.
 Need approx. 140-150 copies…each player, coach, manager and special guest get one
program and then one per family.
 If you use MHS Media (Joanne 363.6253 ext. 25540) charge to soccer account through the
athletic department. (MHS MEDIA DOES NOT PRINT COLOR COPIES). If you want color copies
you will need to use Kinkos or Office Max and get reimbursed through the Banquet
Coordinator. Or often times a parent will print color copies of them at home or at their place of
business.
 Night of Banquet – take responsibility for having the following items (for all three teams) on a
table at the entrance to the commons and have a couple volunteers ready to hand out as
players and their families enter.

 The photo from parent night (in a photo holder)
 Varsity highlights booklet (only for the varsity team)
