NOTE: The Baby – Tiny Miss divisions must compete in 4 options if competing for the Mini Supreme title.
If entering all 5, the lowest optional competition score will be dropped when calculating for the Mini Supreme Title.
7-26 years 3 Options: Most Beautiful, Best Dress, and Photogenic. Note: Must compete in all 3 options for Overall Title
Admission Prices $10.00 no advanced tickets will be sold.
Visiting queens are welcome at no charge-must have crown and sash current-to-date

Ages 18 months-6 years will receive a Mini Supreme Full round Crown, Monogrammed Satin Banner, Trophy,
Rhinestone Crown Pin, and their Beauty, and Casual Wear fees paid to the Princess of North Carolina State Scholarship

Ages 7 & up will receive a Full Overall Supreme round Crown, Monogrammed Satin Banner, Trophy, Rhinestone Crown
Pin, and their Beauty, and Talent fees paid to the Princess of NC State Scholarship Pageant , July 22nd & 23rd 2016..
*Must have 20 paid contestants for 2 Overall Titles to be awarded / Overall Queens will be single Title Holders
Photographs, Talent CD’s, and score sheets may be picked up at the auditors table following coronation
Royal Competition to compete in age division age group. May not win title, but is allow to practice over-all winner receives
100.00 Cash on stage. This competition is open to young ladies already holding a title.
COMPETITION GUIDELINES
Beauty: Baby, Wee, Tiny Miss: Short pageant dress or party dress , white shoes, no tights. Socks only allowed. Little,
Junior, Young, Teen, and Miss: Long pageant dress. (All Divisions: Make-up is allowed but should be toned down and
age appropriate!
OTR Casual Wear: Baby through Tiny Miss: Dress age appropriate, dressy, neat and stylish. Outfit must be off the
rack and have label sewn in. Proof of purchase or Tags must be on hand if a question about outfit arises. OTR may be
altered, and modified. No hand held props allowed. (example: Purses)
Interview: Ages 7 & Up only will participate in a 3 minute personality - private interview. Contestants need to wear a pair
of black bottoms (slacks, skirt, or skort ) with a white shirt/ top/ or blouse. ( If wearing a dress, top white, bottom black)
Talent: Professional CD's ONLY. Selection must me noted on CD Talent may not exceed beyond 2.5 minutes. Label
CD with contestant # and name. Must be age appropriate! Note - Always need a backup CD with you in case of
emergency. (Only small props are allowed for Optional ages 6- Under. Talent is Mandatory for ages 7 & UP (no props
unless a part of the performance, example : chair/ stool, mats, within reason… Must be approved by director
Photogenic: Optional, Photo must be a natural, professional black/white or color 8x10 photograph. No enhanced glitz
style photographs allowed. Makeup should be age appropriate. Pictures must be placed inside a clear cover. Label
photo cover with division and contestant #. All photos should be head/ or head and shoulder shots pictures should
look the age of the child! Photo(s) must be turned in at registration. If anyone forgets photos, please send selfaddressed postage paid envelope.
Sleepwear: (18 months -6 yrs.) Wear something cute or precious, accessorizes are allowed.

2016 People’s Choice Award Will Be Awarded The Title : 2016 Wayne County Victory Junction Princess
Bring a jar with a picture of your daughter and name on the jar. The jar that collects the most money wins the people’s
choice award. All money collected will be donated to Victory Junction. The audience may vote throughout the pageant.
Each dollar placed in the jar counts as 1 vote. They winner will receive a full round crown, trophy, banner, crown pin, and
beauty fees paid to PONC state, and will participate in all events with the court during the upcoming year. / Since we do
not know the age of the winner, the banner-sash will be ordered immediately following the pageant.

Carolina pageant, Wayne County Directors, staff, queens or their families, or Mt. Olive College or it’s staff is not responsible for any injuries,
losses, damages, thefts, or accidents, which may occur, at any event affiliated with the Little & Teen Miss Wayne County Pageant or PONC
Pageant or while traveling to or from any event. I understand that judge’s decisions are final. Any act of bad sportsmanship from
contestants or family member will NOT be tolerated and will result in disqualification without refund. There will be a $35.00 service charge
for all returned checks. By signing this form, I also release use of any pictures taken at the pageant to be used for advertising purposes.
Princess of North Carolina Director and their appointed representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. This is NOT a BINDING
Title however you must represent only your Wayne County title if making an appearance in The County of Wayne (Exception: A High school
title or Home Coming Queen is permissible) If this agreement is breached, it will result in the loss of the title. Contestant must return crown,
banner, trophy and all other winnings to award the first runner up the Wayne County Title.
