Contestants in the Miss Emerald City Pageant will compete in party dress (Wee Miss & Tiny Miss
divisions) or evening gowns and will be judged on beauty, poise and showmanship. Contestants
will model in the “T” pattern with the exception of ages 3-4 and they will model in a straight line.
Entry fee for the contest is $40.00 per contestant. Contestants also may submit a color or black
and white photograph to be entered in the photogenic competition. The entry fee is $20.00.
Photographs will be judged on natural beauty and not the quality of the photo (Please NO glamour
shots). Photographs must be received on or before rehearsal date. (No Exceptions)!!!!
Divisions: Wee Miss Age 3, Tiny Miss Age 4, Miniature Miss Age 5, Small Miss Age 6, Little Miss
Age 7, Young Miss Age 8, Petite Miss Age 9, Premier Miss Age 10, Prestige Miss Age 11, PreTeen Miss Age 12, Teen Miss Age 13, Junior Miss Age 14, Senior Miss Ages 15 & 16 and Miss
Emerald City Ages 17-19. Note: This will be the division unless a division does not have
enough to make then changes will be made by DLCRA.
REHEARSAL: Thursday, March 5th Dublin High School Auditorium. Ages 3-4 will be 4:00 –
4:45 pm; ages 5-6 and 7-9 will be 4:45 – 5:30 pm; ages 10-12 and 13-14 will be 5:30 – 6:30pm and
ages 15-19 will be 6:30 – 7:15 pm.
All contestants not placing will receive a trophy for participation. First place beauty winners will
receive a large trophy, crown, and banner and will ride in the St. Patrick’s Parade.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Absolutely NO parents will be allowed backstage or on stage with
contestants. If for any reason you feel that your child will not go backstage or across the stage
without you, we will have to disqualify the contestant. It is not fair to the contestants that will walk
by themselves. Please understand this rule will be strongly enforced. Each contestant will receive
one chaperone pass and other tickets will be sold at the door (no advance ticket sales). Ticket
prices are adults $5.00 and students $3.00. Children under three will be admitted free.
Absolutely NO SCORES will be issued from this pageant. THANKS FOR YOUR
PARTICIPATION.
